Our role

FinalExpense.org is a free referral service. We connect callers with independent, licensed final expense insurance providers. We are not an insurer, we do not issue policies, and we do not pay claims.

Quotes and rates

All prices and ranges on this site are typical estimates for illustration. Your actual rate is set by the carrier based on your age, gender, health, and the plan you choose. The carrier's quote is binding, not anything on this site.

Coverage and claims

Policy terms, approval, and claims are handled by the licensed carrier that issues your policy. We make a good-faith effort to work with reputable carriers but do not guarantee any specific approval or outcome.

Call recording

Calls to (800) 555-0142 may be recorded for quality assurance and training. By placing the call, you consent to recording.

Liability

FinalExpense.org is not liable for the insurance policy itself. Disputes about coverage, premiums, or claims must be resolved with the carrier that issued the policy.

Not government affiliated

This site is not connected with or endorsed by any government agency, Medicare, or the Social Security Administration.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
